TTreatment and Assessment: Our professional nursing staff provides a variety of “Home Health” services including: assessments, teaching and monitoring of diseases, medications, safety, rehabilitation, home health aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social worker services and free pharmaceutical consultation for patients and physicians.
A wound is a break in the skin (the outer layer of skin is called the epidermis). Wounds are usually caused by cuts or scrapes. Different kinds of wounds may be treated differently from one another, depending upon how they happened and how serious they are.
